REVAMP YOUR LIFE

To revamp in dictionary's definition means; to renovate, redo, or revise. It is an act or instance of restructuring, reordering, or revising; an overhaul.
As the year comes to an end, people often want to look towards the celebrations that comes with the close of the year and start afresh in a new year with new resolutions, which is very much like waiting till your pregnancy is due to start shopping for your baby.
Here is a good reason to revamp before the year runs out, it will help you to make a fresh start in the new year. Its truly exhilarating! It simply means you're not coming into a new year dragging baggages of the old. Clean up for the new year, get yourself together, take out the clutters and embrace the new year with a vigorous demeanour. How to do this:
Start with your mind. What are those defeating thoughts that has dog you? Dwelling on what's gone wrong in your life can hold you back for years to your past and lower your spirits. If you keep dragging them into each year, you will not change or undo what happened. So while you can't change what had happened, it is advisable you change the way you see it and how it makes you feel, clean your perception of it. No matter how bad it was, have a better interpretation of it. Remember it is the pains of life that holds the most valuable lessons. Change your response to it so you feel neutral and ultimately grateful as you realised the advantage and received the learning, then you can let it go! As each day unfolds it will no longer have the power to undermine you and sap your energy.
Next, sort out your paperwork and clear them out. All the piles of bank statements, receipts, payslips and legal tenders should be sort out into a filing cabinets or folders with proper headings with the most recent statement on top, it does pay to keep financial papers in good order. It's a legal requirement to keep all financial papers relating to your tax for six years and that includes receipts for expenses too. But other unimportant pieces of papers should be shredded.
Then, Sweep away clutters. Get on top of mess and feel good! Reuse what you can, passing onto friends or neighbours, donating to charity is a good way to go. Stop clustering the space in your home with things you will not need in the next ten years. Reinvigorate your tired rooms, bring in new designs, colours, mix patterns with plains or add printed rugs and floral-print cushions to spring up your rooms, give it a whole new look! Make maximum use of your wall space with hooks and shelves. Keep the things you've decided to hold on to in order in pretty storage boxes.
And, spruce up your wardrobe. If you haven't worn an item for a year or more, you probably never will! Throw it out or give out to charity. Do minor repairs on clothes you still want to keep and fold them into protective luggages. Burn off anything that is horribly faded and misshapen. Get a good clothing rails and hang up clothes you're currently wearing so they are not squashed up in suitcases. Again, invest in some pretty storage containers to keep your accessories neat, tidy and easy to access. Clear out your makeup bag. Broken compacts, dried out lipsticks and old pencil are some less glamorous items to throw away, using makeup that's been hanging around a bit too long could cause infections and breakouts.
Finally, dust off your relationships. Ask yourself questions; "should I fix or finish a friendship?". If you asked yourself these questions you will see which relationship requires your auditing attention: who can you call your friend? How do your friends affect your life? What do you benefit from your friends? (read more from my blog post - Prune Relationship).
Get enough rest. Deal with worries or a heavy workload by making the list of things to be tackled the next day. There's nothing better than waking up feeling refreshed after a good sleep, if you can't sleep, get up and do something fun that relaxes you or for quicker remedy, drink a glass of warm milk with horlicks until you feel sleepy again.
Get a spiritual perspective. Renew your spirit mind, strengthen your cords and draw on your saving faith and believe again!
Get a different outlook on life. Belief in yourself, you're equipped with all that it takes to be the best in your field, so have the I can do it spirit. Grab every demon that says otherwise by the throat and replace it with "I can do that, I have what it takes!"
Get back the spring to your foot steps, raise your shoulders, lift up your head and breathe in the fresh air for a fresh start and walk into a new year with new beginnings!
Relate And Love Your Life!
